Two inept police officers are setting up a sting in adjoining motel rooms with the help of the city accountant. They plan to record the mayor confessing to embezzlement and recover the missing $16 million for the city. What little hope there was of success is quickly dashed when the overzealous bodyguard arrives and the accountant can’t seem to keep her clothes on. Soon, the occupants of both rooms are left asking themselves ‘Who’s behind what door?’ ‘What has happened to the money?’ and ‘How did bagpipes get involved?’
